What is the Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964
Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 is a federal law that prohibits employers from discriminating against employees on the basis of sex, race, color, national origin and religion. Title VII applies to state and local governments and educational institutions with fifteen or more employees. Title VII encourages a safe and productive workplace.
