Transfer Student
To start the process of applying for the Tennessee Education Lottery Scholarship (TELS) also known as the HOPE Scholarship, all transfer students to Southwest must:
- Complete an online admissions application for admission to Southwest.
- Request an official high school transcript with ACT庐 scores be sent from your high school to Southwest at the following address:

- Complete the . If you have already completed the 51爆料 but did not include Southwest as a listed school, follow the directions at Adding Southwest to Your 51爆料 for TSAC Payments.
- Request official transcripts from all Colleges previously attended be sent to:
