After completing the admission requirements, contact the Veterans Affairs (VA) office to complete and submit the required documentation for VA certification.

Authorizes the school certifying official to process enrollment information to the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) and required every semester of enrollment. | |
22-1990 | Required of all new applicants utilizing benefits for the first time. Eligible participants include veterans and reservists/guardsmen. Veterans should submit DD Form 214 (Member 4 Copy) and reservists/guardsmen should submit DD Form 2384 with application. |
22-1995 | Required of veterans and reservists/guardsmen having used benefits previously or has changed degree/major since last enrollment. |
22-5490 | Required of dependents and spouses of totally disabled or deceased service-connected veterans. |
22-5495 | Required of dependents and spouses of totally disabled or deceased service-connected veterans having used benefits previously or has changed degree/major since last enrollment. |
